2008-09 Sponge Hockey Info
We offer Men's sponge Hockey played on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and we have co-ed Sponge hockey on Monday nights with some Saturday games as well.
We share the facility with several other Hockey organizations, and as a result we have to limit the size of our league to 42 teams. And as every other year, we are confident that we will be sold out again by early November.
What do we provide for you
A professionally run league, that has very approachable league coordinators. We are at the rink every day, and are willing to answer all of your questions, comments and concerns.
A wonderful facility with 4 heated dressing rooms situated between 2 full size hockey rinks. There also is a canteen that provides you with drinks, snacks and yes sponge pucks.
We also have a zamboni at the facility, and that helps us provide what we feel is the best Sponge hockey ice in the city.
The League web site that features up to date stats, pictures and even the daily weather report, as well as all relevant league information.
All Teams will be guaranteed 16 games. 14 regular season games and a minimum of 2 playoff games.
The Cost to play
Save $$$ Pay in full before your 1st game, and the cost is just $750.00 per team for Men’s and $700 per team for Coed.
